It was Established in 1961 The Indian Institute of Technology at Hauz Khas, New Delhi has consistently been on the top of rating charts for Indian colleges for quite a while now and we all know those who get into it have always nurtured this dream. The campus is spread over a sprawling 320 acres in the heart of South Delhi. Student Life Indian Institute of Technology Delhi is one of the Twenty Three IITs created to be Centres of Excellence for training, research and development in science, engineering and technology in India. Weather in Delhi The temperature of Delhi ranges from 20 to 25 degree in October. In November, the temperature falls from 15 to 20 degree. Delhi experience the same temperature to some extent in February and March as it experience in October and November. Summer in Delhi With the range of 25°C to 45°C Delhi experiences the summer season from the month of April to July. The climate during summer remains humid. Monsoon in Delhi In Delhi, Monsoon commences from July to mid-September. The temperature during monsoon varies from 30 °C to 35°C. Winter in Delhi Winter begins in Delhi from the month of December, experiencing extremely low temperature. The season continues till January. The temperature varies from 22°c to 5°C during this period.
