Well MBA and ME/M.Tech both the courses are good and have their own priories. Both the courses have equal scope and opportunities

I will suggest you to go for that course in which you are interested

I mean to say that if you want to stay in your filed only then go for higher studies in same filed by pursuing ME/M.Tech

But if you are interested in Business field and wish to show your leadership quality then I must say MBA is Best line for you

Finally its your career so choose yourself, I can only suggest you..
