Eligibility Criteria Nationality Only Indian nationals are eligible for IAS and IPS. For other services a candidate can be either of the following: Qualifications A degree graduate from institute recognized by UGC. Candidate who in final year or whose result is awaiting may also eligible to apply. Age Limit A candidate must have 21 years and not be older than 32 years. Relaxation up to a max of 10 years in the case of blind, deaf-mute and orthopaedically handicapped candidates.
