It is conducted for the admission of candidates into a variety of courses offered in Medical Colleges and Institutes in all over India. List of PG Medical Entrance Exams: All India PG Medical Entrance Test: Only citizens of India can apply for this exam. Candidates should have an M.B.B.S degree from an accepted college of medicine. Consortium of Medical and Dental Colleges of Karnataka Post Graduate Entrance Test: Candidates must have finished their M.B.B.S degree from an acknowledged Medical College. Delhi University Super-specialty Entrance Test: Candidates applying for this exam must have cleared the MBBS course. They must also have finished a one year of mandatory internship. Maharashtra Post Graduate Medical Entrance Exam: Candidates who are applying for this exam must have passed their MBBS course from an acknowledged university. Maharashtra Super-specialty Entrance Test: Candidates must have a Postgraduate MD/MS degree from an accepted University. Postgraduate Institute of Medical Education and Research Entrance Exam: Candidates should have a MD degree in Pediatrics or Medicine from an accepted university or college. Uttar Pradesh Postgraduate Medical Entrance Exam: Candidates who have finished their MBBS course from any acknowledged medical college are qualified to apply for the exam. Career prospects after PG: Private and Government hospitals all over India which recruit Doctors you can apply for that or you can also conduct private practices on their own. Salary: The initial salary of a doctor working in a government hospital will be around Rs 60,000 – Rs 70,000 per month. |
