M.Sc. Clinical Microbiology
M.Sc. Clinical Microbiology is both a branch of medicine and microbiology which deals with the study of microorganisms including bacteria, viruses, fungi and parasites of causing infectious diseases in human beings.

Eligibility
Applicants must Pass with 50% aggregate marks in B.Sc. MLT or B.Sc. (Medical / Applied Medical Science / Biosciences/ Medical Science & Allied Medical/ Life Sciences) or its equivalent.

M.Sc. Clinical Microbiology graduates
have the capacity of research data using a range of relevant techniques.

M.Sc. Clinical Microbiology Candidates will gain basic and advanced knowledge of important viral, bacterial and parasitic infections and learn how these infections are diagnosed and treated by clinicians.

M.Sc. Clinical Microbiology Candidates should have skills like recording, analysing and interpreting data; writing research papers, reports and reviews.

M.Sc. Clinical Microbiology Candidates can also obtain jobs in industry like food and drink, pharmaceuticals, toiletries, and biotechnology companies, publicly funded research organisations and higher education institutions.

M.Sc. Clinical Biochemistry

M.Sc. Medical Biochemistry is an area that studies biochemical exchanges within the human body in relation to their application in the medicine field.

For admission into master’s degree program a student must have a bachelor’s degree in the relevant subject from any Institute/university.

The duration of the program is of 2 years.
