The application process of KIITEE 2020 consists of registration, filling up the application form, uploading the images of photograph and signature, and a printout of the confirmation page. Tech (4 Years) One who has passed 10+2 exam in 2018,2019 or appearing in 10+2 exam in 2020 is only eligible to apply for B. Tech(4 Years) course of the University. One should have studied in regular full time formal education in their schooling / college. One must have pass in 10 +2 or its equivalent with at least 60% marks in Physics, Chemistry and Mathematics taken together. B. Tech & M. Tech.(Dual Degree) Biotechnology- One must have pass in 10+2 or equivalent with at least 60% marks in Physics, Chemistry and Mathematics/Biology taken together. One should have born on or after 01.07.1999. For B. Tech.-LE (3 years): One must have pass in 3 years diploma course in Engineering with at least 60% marks in aggregate from State Council of Technical Education of any state. One should have born on or after 01.07.1996. Subject-wise Eligibility Civil Engg Diploma holders in Civil Engg Mechanical Engg.
