Name of the Exam: West Bengal Civil Service (Exe) etc. Exam 2018 Eligibility Criteria- Degree of a recognized University and Ability to read, write and speak in Bengali (not required for those candidates whose mother tongue is Nepali). Age Limit: Candidates age should be between 21-36 years for Group A, C & D Age relaxation is applicable by 05 years for SC & ST and 03 years for BC candidates of West Bengal.
