About the Training Course : Agriseta (Agricultural sector education training authority) ABET is an extensive programme to assist employees in the agricultural environment to improve levels of literacy and numeracy, so that they may enter further learning programmes such as learnerships. FASSET (Seta for Finance, Accounting, Management, Consulting and other financial services) Within the Fasset sector education levels are generally high and only 3% of employees require ABET. However this still equates to a sizeable number of people who can benefit from ABET training MERSETA (Manufacturing, Engineering and related services) Many workers in the manufacturing, engineering and related services sector lack the required basic education to enable them to access further learning and development.
