The Premises located at Unit-305-306, 3rd Floor, KLJ Towers(North), Netaji Subhash Place, New Delhi -110034. Eligibility Criteria:- I] Average financial turnover during the last 3 years, ending 31st March of the previous financial year, should be at least 50% of the estimated cost. Tenderer to submit the copies of balance sheet II] Experience of having successfully completed similar works during last 3 years ending last day of month previous to the one in which applications are invited should be either of the following:- A] Two similar completed works costing not less than the amount equal to 50% of the estimated cost. Or B] One similar completed work costing not less than the amount equal to 80% of the estimated cost. III] Similar work means interior furnishing / renovation works of same nature /magnitude carried out for public sectors financial institutions, public sector banks, LIC, GIC, involving interior furnishing, electrification, Air conditioning , office automation.
