Full Form of MAT is Management Aptitude Test .

Management Aptitude Test is a National Level test Conducted by All India Management Association to Admission to MBA and Allied Programmes Offered by the Various B-Schools of the Country who will participate in the MAT 2016.

The MAT Exam is Conducted four Times in the year in the Month of February, May, September and December.

Exams Dates of Application Forms
MAT February 2016 December 2015 (Announced)
MAT May 2016 March 2016
MAT September 2016 June 2016
MAT December 2016 October 2016

Eligibility Criteria:

Candidate should have Completed Graduation Degree with Minimum of 45% marks (40% for reserved categories)from a Recognized University.

There is No Age Limit to appear in the MAT Exam.

The Candidates must meet the Percentage Requirements and MAT Score for Admission to Various Institute and Colleges.

Late Date for Online Filling-up / Purchase of Form:
23 January 2016

Last Date for Online Registration:
27 January 2016


Last Date for Submission of Duly Completed Printout of Registration Form at AIMA, New Delhi :
27 January 2016

Mode of Test ;

Candidate Can Choose any one of the two options to take the test:

Paper Based Test (or) Computer Based Test

Paper Based Test: 07th February 2016 (Sunday)

Computer Based Test: 13th February 2016 (Saturday) onwards

Full form of MAT is Management Aptitude Test. It is a standardized for providing admission to their MBA and allied programmes. It conduct four times in a year i.e February, May, September and December

MAT Exam Eligibility-

Graduation in any discipline from any recognized University or equivalent.
Final year student in any undergraduate course (i.e. B.A, B.Sc., B.Com, B. Tech, etc) can also appear in this exam.

MAT Exam fee-

The cost of a MAT bulletin is Rs.1200

MAT Exam Syllabus-


The main contents of the MAT exam are-
Language Comprehension.
Mathematical Skills.
Data Analysis and Sufficiency.
Intelligence and Critical Reasoning.
Indian and Global Environment.
