On successful completion of the Young Bankers Program, you will be awarded a Post Graduate Diploma in Banking Services by the University and an assured employment with Axis Bank at Assistant Manager grade. Program Structure: ABYB is a one year, full time residential program which will be conducted at two training campuses, Manipal Global Education in Bangalore and Amity Global Business School in Noida. Classroom sessions will be of 9 month duration and Internship of 3 months can be at any Axis Bank branch/office across India. Young Bankers will be paid a monthly stipend of Rs.5,000/- per month for the first 9 months to meet the out of pocket expenses and Rs. 12,000/- per month during the internship towards their living expenses. Important Dates: The Axis Bank Young Bankers Program is launched in the month of June every year.
