New Date Of B.Ed Entrance Exam

I have applied for Madhya Pradesh MP B.Ed. Entrance Test and I heard that this exam is postponed so can you please tell me the new date of MP B.Ed. Entrance Test? Is there negative marking in this exam for wrong answers?
