NDA Uganda Fees

Hi Sir I have a medical shop in Mumbai . I heard that The National Drug Authority (NDA) has increased the fees for licensing and registration of drugs . Is it true ? Why NDA take this type of decision ? What is the audit fee per facilty ? Please tell me in detail
