Pipe work hole size details:

They can drill 12mm, 28mm , 34mm , 45mm , 51mm , 55mm , 65mm holes.

Standard hole sizes are:

Small standard tanks* – 45mm outlet / 28mm inlet for tank connectors 32mm outlet / 20mm inlet
Large standard tanks* – 55mm outlet / 28mm inlet for tank connectors 40mm outlet / 20mm inlet

*Small Tanks : 24″x18″x18″ , 24″x24″x24″, 36″x24″x18″, 36″x24″x24″, 48″x24″x18″, 48″x24″x24″, 60″x24″x18″
*Large Tanks: 60″x24″x24″ , 72″x24″x18″, 72″x24″x24″, 84″x24″x24″, 96″x24″x24″

Hole Sizes:

20mm tank connectors require a hole between 26mm to 38mm. The threaded part is 3/4″
25mm tank connectors require a hole between 32mm to 45mm. The threaded part is 1″
32mm tank connectors require a hole between 42mm to 55mm. The threaded part is 1 1/4″
40mm tank connectors require a hole between 53mm to 70mm. The threaded part is 1 3/4″
50mm tank connectors require a hole between 58mm to 78mm. The threaded part is 2″
63mm tank connectors require a hole between 74mm to 94mm. The threaded part is 2 1/2″
