The duration of B.P.T. course is 4 years followed by six months of compulsory rotatory internship.

BPT I Year Human Anatomy, Physiology, Biochemistry, Biomechanics of Human Motion, Psychology, Sociology, Basic First Aid & Nursing
BPT II Year Pharmacology, Micro-biology, Pathology, Exercise therapy, Electrotherapy, Research Methodology & Bio-statistics, Constitution of India.

BPT III Year General Medicine, General Surgery, Clinical Orthopedics and traumatology , Orthopedics & Sports Physiotherapy, Cardio-Respiratory & General Physiotherapy

BPT IV Year Neurology & Neuro Surgery, Community Medicine, Neurology & Neuro Surgery Physiotherapy, Community based rehabilitation.
