Employment Applications
The Company relies upon the correctness of information contained in the employment application, as well as the accuracy of other data presented throughout the hiring process and employment. Any perversions, falsifications, or material oversights in any of this data may result in the Company’s exclusion of the individual from further consideration for employment or, if the person has been hired, termination of employment. To be considered for employment with National Western, a completed application form must be submitted to Human Resources. Candidates who meet the minimum qualifications of the job will be considered for posted openings. Applications will be retained in Human Resources for six (6) months. Internal policy prohibits National Western from entering into employment contracts unless they are in writing and approved by the Board of Directors. All job offers are presented in writing and requires, by signature, official acceptance of the position as outlined.
* Salaries for these positions is dependent on experience
