I want to know about the syllabus of NPTI entrance examination. Can you please provide it?

NPTI offers admissions to master level courses like Post Graduate Diploma in Thermal Power Plant Engineering.

Eligibility :
Candidates must be B.E or B.Tech holders in streams of Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering or Electronics Engineering are eligible to apply.
Engineering graduates in Control & Instrumentation Engineering or Power Engineering are also eligible.

Exam pattern and syllabus:
Interested applicants should attend a written test which comprises of following topics:
General Aptitude
Technical knowledge
General Engineering
NPTI PGDC CET is carried out as an objective model test.
applicants should answer 180 questions with in the composite time of 150 minutes.
Each correct answer carries 2 marks where as ½ mark is reduced for every wrong answer. General Engineering comprises of fundamental topics in Engineering.
General Aptitude comprises questions from following topics:
Analytical Reasoning
Data interpretation
General English
Basic mathematics
Basic Science
Technical Knowledge section is listed under 3 main heads.
Applicant has the option to choose one among the three.
Electrical Engineering or Equivalent
Electronics/Control & Instrumentation Engineering or Equivalent.
Mechanical Engineering or Equivalent
