Can you provide me the exam fee for UGC National Eligibility Test (NET) 2018 conducted by Central Board of Secondary Education?

On behalf of UGC, the Central Board of Secondary Education announces holding of the National Eligibility Test (NET) on 08th July 2018 for determining the eligibility of Indian nationals for the Eligibility for Assistant Professor only or Junior Research Fellowship & Eligibility for Assistant Professor in Indian Universities and Colleges. CBSE will conduct NET in 84 subjects at 91 selected NET Examination Cities spread across India.

Important Dates 2018

Online Application Form Submission
6th March 2018

Last date for Applying Online
12th April 2018

Last date of submission of Fee through online generated Bank Challan, at any branch of5SYNDICATE/CANARA/ICICI BANK)
13th April 2018

Correction in Particulars of application form on the website
25th April to 5th May, 2018

Uploading of Admit Card
3rd week of June 2018

Date of Examination
08th July 2018

General
Rs. 1000/-

Other Backward Classes (Non-creamy layer)
Rs. 500/-

SC/ST/PwD/Transgender
Rs. 250/-

One paid the examination fee either by credit/ debit card or through echallan generated during the online filling of the application form.
In case of e-challan the payment was made in the Syndicate/Canara/ICICI Bank. In case the exam fee was paid through credit/debit card the additional processing charges as following was also be debited from the credit/debit card of the candidate
Credit card: - 1.20% of the examination fee plus the service tax as applicable.
Debit Card: - 0.75% of examination fee plus the service tax as applicable

UGC NET Cut-Off 2018
The minimum marks that a candidate need to be score in UGC NET to be considered for the award of JRF and eligibility for Assistant Professor in paper-I, paper-II is given below:
