Ministry of Earth Science, Govt of India, ESSO-National Centre for Antarctic & Ocean Research (NCAOR), Goa has released a notification for the recruitment of Project Scientist B, Project Scientist C, Project Scientific Assistant Grade A & Junior Research Fellow vacancies under various projects.

NCAOR Vacancy Details:

Total No. of Posts: 16

Name of the Posts:

1. Project Scientist B: 13 Posts
2. Project Scientist C: 01 Posts
3. Project Scientific Assistant Grade A: 01 Post
4. Junior Research Fellow: 01 Post

Educational Qualification:

Masters degree in Geophysics/ Physics or equivalent from a recognized university with at least 60% marks in the qualifying degree level
or
Masters Degree in Geo informatics/Geo spatial Studies /Earth Sciences or equivalent from a recognized university with at least 60% marks in the qualifying degree level for S.No-1

Masters Degree in Marine Science or Marine Biology or equivalent from a recognized university with at least 60% marks in the qualifying degree level for S.No-2 with relevant experience.

Age Limit:

Candidates maximum age should be 30 years for S.No-1

40 years for S.No-2

28 years for S.No-3, 4 Posts

Age relaxation is applicable as per rules.

Selection Process:

Candidates will be selected based on their performance in interview.
