Re: Music Institute Kabul

The Afghanistan National Institute of Music (ANIM) is a project of the Afghanistan Ministry of Education and candidates who attend this are also doing their secondary education.

Daily Activities

On a regular basis the Winter Academy attendees participate in a variety of classes including music theory and history of both Western and Indo-Afghan traditions, practice and perform in various ensembles, take individual instrumental lessons, attend master classes and presentations by master musicians, take culturally enhancing field trips, and much more.

The Academy includes a series of weekly concerts. The concerts feature guests performing side by side with faculty and students..
