Allahabad University Music Department was established in 1926, It has a glorious tradition of musical conferences and activities which go back to 1926 when the first Music Conference was attended by renowned musicians at Vajayanagram Hall in the Muir Central College.

B. A.: Study of Ragas and Talas:

Science of Music.

Scales and study of Biographies of Musicians.
Study of Musical styles and Ragas.
History of Music & Classification of Ragas and Talas,

B. Mus: Practical Ragas Applied Theory:
