I have passes BCA, want to purse MCA from University of Mumbai, is there any entrance exam conducted for getting Admission in University of Mumbai MCA course, what is Mumbai Univ MCA fees & University of Mumbai MCA course structure???

I completed graduation and planning to take admission in Mumbai University for doing MCA degree searching for course details. Will you tell what the Mumbai University MCA Eligibility so that I can apply for this course also provides details which entrance exam to give for admission?

The University invites Applications for admission to the M.Sc., M.Sc. (Integrated) and MCA Programmes for the academic year.

MCA Eligibility:

You should have passed a minimum three year duration Bachelors Degree awarded by University recognised by UGC or Association of Indian Universities in any discipline with at least 50% marks in aggregate or equivalent and at least 45% marks in case of backward class categories and Persons with Disability belonging to Maharashtra State only.

You should also have studied Mathematics as one of the subjects at (10+2) level or at Graduate level examination.

For Direct second year admissions, you should have passed Bachelor Degree in Computer Applications or Science (Information Technology or Computer Science).

Nationality: You should be an Indian National only.

Admission details:

MCA

You will be selected on the basis of MAH-MCA-CET (Maharashtra MCA Common Entrance Test).

The Online CET would be comprised of two online papers including General Aptitude (GA) and Computer Concepts (CC) of 100 marks each, with composite time of 90 minutes duration. Each paper shall have 25 questions.

The test will comprise of multiple choice objective type questions with Four Options. Each correct answer will carry 4 marks. Each wrong answer will carry 1 negative mark.
