As you filled Mumbai university examination form and here looking for exam ID Card/hall ticket , so for it I am telling simple process:

Go to the Mumbai university official website

Click on examination section given on the top side
By click there you will move on next page

Over there you need to do click on download hall ticket option given at the left hand side

By click there you will land on its hall ticket page which look like given below image
