Session 2: Meditation, mindfulness & the skill of letting go
Session 3: Getting to know ourselves & making choices
Session 4: Buddhist Psychology - theory & practice
Session 5: The four thoughts that turn the mind
Session 6: The seed model of the mind - theory & practice
Session 7: Making peace with difficult emotions
Session 8: Simple daily practices to take home
Each Session is approx 1 hour long. There will be 30 mins for morning & afternoon tea (provided) and 2 hours for lunch (not provided).
