Where the Head office of Madhya Pradesh Public Service Commission (MPPSC) located in Madhya Pradesh? As per my knowledge the head office is situated in Indore, but friend said it is situated in Bhopal. So please provide actual located and location map of MPPSC Office with contact details.

The new Madhva Pradesh Public Service Commission was constituted as follows from 1st November 1956, under Section 118(3) of the States Reorganization Act by the order of the President, vide Notification No. 59 /6 / 56-SR-II, dated 27-10-56 of the Ministry of Home Affairs of Government of India.

State Public Service Commissions must be consulted in all matters of recruitment except for the posts specified in the Constitution of India under Article 320, clause (4) of Article 16, Article 335 and 336 to be read along with State Public Service Commission (Limitation of Functions) Regulations.

Recruitment to the State Services is made through:
Direct Selection;
Promotions;
Transfer of services on deputation from one department to another or from one State Government to another.
