Model School Scheme Detail: The Model School Scheme is for the 6000 model Schools. This Scheme launched in Nov, 2008 and it started implementing in schools from 2009-10. The All 6000 schools committed for the quality education to children. The Scheme is divided in two parts, first 3500 model school are operated through State/UT Governments in educationally backward blocks.
