Minimum Rank for SRM University

I want to take admission in SRM University for B.Tech course, so for this I am going to participate in SRMEEE engineering entrance exam, so tell me required minimum marks required in SRMEEE to get admission in SRM University, please provide here???

Can you tell me about the rank range for SRMJEEE (Joint Entrance Examination for Engineering) conducted by the SRM University for admission in Engineering Courses?

SRMJEEE (Joint Entrance Examination for Engineering) is conducted every year by the SRM University for admissions in its all affiliated campuses. It is the university level entrance exam through which one can get admission in B. Tech and M. Tech degree level courses. One has to obtain the cut off marks for getting admission.

SRMJEEE cut off will be released by the SRM University after the completion of entrance exam. Through cut off marks, it will be decided whether candidate is eligible for counselling/ admission or not.

The SRMJEEE cut off will be published separately for each course and for all the campuses. Only those candidates who meet the cut off score will be considered for counselling and seat allotment.

One may appear all together in multiple cut off lists, provided one meets the cut off score of the corresponding lists. It must also be noted that just meeting the SRMJEEE cut off is no assurance of a seat. Seats will only be offered post counselling and document verification.


SRMJEEE Cut off will depend on various factors which are as under:

1 Number of candidates who are appearing for the exam
2 Number of candidates who will qualify in the exam
3 Number of seats available in different universities
4 The difficulty level of the exam
5 The overall performance of candidates in the exam
6 Number of candidates who are applying for a particular course


SRMJEEE Rank is directly dependent upon marks in exam:

There are 35 questions each in Physics, Chemistry, Mathematics / Biology.
Marks given for correct answers are 3.
Now there is no negative marking in SRMJEEE.
Therefore, total marks in exam = Number of correct answers x 3.
Maximum marks that can be obtained are 315.
