Indira Gandhi National Open University was came into existence in the year 1985. It is centerd at Maidan Garhi, Delhi, India. Master of Computer Applications (MCA) course details-- Minimum Age: No bar Maximum Age: No bar Minimum Duration: 3 Years Maximum Duration: 6 Years Eligibility: Applicants must have hold any Bachelor’s degree of 3 year duration from a recognized University” . Applicants must have studied Mathematics as one of the subject at 10+2 level or graduation level Otherwise Applicants are required to pursue and pass the BCS-012 course concurrently with IGNOU MCA. Course Fees Course Fee: Rs. 54,000 Rs. 9,000 per semester. For non-maths candidates , an additional fee of Rs. 1,200 has to be paid for BCS-012 course. Passing Marks— Minimum Pass Percentage required in MCA at IGNOU - 40% for all courses of all semesters The minimum passing marks is applicable for term-end examination as well as assignments and practical. For passing the IGNOU (Indira Gandhi National Open University) exam one has to secure 40% which means that 40 marks out of 100. And for the assignment, one has to secure 50% which means 50 marks out of 100. Master of Computer Applications (MCA) Duration: 3 Years - 6 Years Age: No bar Eligibility: Any Bachelors degree of minimum 3year duration from a recognized University AND Mathematics as one of the subject at 10+2 level or graduation level; else one is required to pursue and pass the BCS-012 course concurrently with IGNOU MCA. If you had studied Maths at +2 or graduation level, then one needs not register for BCS-012. Course Fees Rs. 10,800 per semester. For non-maths students, an additional fee of Rs. 1,400 has to be paid for BCS-012 course.
