MHT-CET Admission Engineering
Hi friends. My name is Pornima Verma and 12th class student at Govt. school of Pune. Can you please tell me about engineering admission of Maharstra? Please give me the dates and other information about the exam.

The Government of Maharashtra conducts MHT-CET-2012 for providing admission in its Engineering program. In 2012, the exam has already been conducted on10th May 2012. Here are the other key dates: Sale of information brochure and application forms (Through Jr. College/High School/Divisional Authority) 19/03/2012 to 31/03/2012 Last date of submission of application forms to Principal of Jr. College/School /Divisional Authority 31/03/2012 Last date to receive admit card 03/05/2012 Eligibility: For applying for the exam, you must have passed 12th class examination of Maharashtra State Board of Secondary or its equivalent examination with English, Physics, Chemistry and Mathematics and you must be an Indian. |

First of all let me tell you that MHT-CET exam has been replaced by IIT JEE exam . For your idea , here I am providing information about IIT JEE exam . Indian Institute of Technology Joint Entrance Exam is for admission to Engineering colleges . Eligibility Applicants can attempt JEE only twice, in consecutive years. Applicants should have either appeared in class 12 in 2013, 2014 or 2015. The upper age limit to be eligible for JEE Main 2015 is 25, as on October 1, 2015. This age limit is relaxed by five years for SC, ST, PwD candidates. Exam Pattern: Duration of exam – 3 Hours Paper 1 Sections – Physics, Chemistry, Mathematics. Paper 2 sections – PCM, Drawing and Aptitude Test. Total questions – 90 Maximum marks – 360 Marks for correct answer – (+4) Marks for incorrect answer – (-1) Important Dates Paper 1 – Pen and paper based 04.04.2015 Paper 1 – Computer based 10.04.2015 Paper 1 – Computer based 11.04.2015 Paper 2 – Pen and paper based 04.04.2015 |
