Sorry to say you but now forms are not available for this exam, whenever it will be available you can get this form from official website of this exam.

I am giving you tentative dates of this exam:

Date of Availability of Prospectus and Application Form
Last week of December, 2014 to First week of March, 2015

Application Deadline
Third week of March, 2015

Entrance Exam Date
Mid of April 2015

Eligibility Criteria:

Age Limit:
Candidate must have minimum 17 years of age.

Educational Qualification:
Candidate must have 12th passed certificate which is recognized from Maharashtra State Higher Secondary Education Board or from any other recognised Board with English, Physics, Chemistry and Biology subjects.

Candidate must have minimum 50 percent marks.

For SC/ ST/ VJ/ NT/ OBC candidate minimum 40 percent marks are enough.

Exam Pattern:
It is expected that there will be two papers.

The first paper will consists of Multiple choice questions from Physics , Chemistry, Biology

The second paper will be a Long and short answer questions on Gandhian thought.

You can also get the syllabus, question papers of Gandhian thought for the last 6 years, with model question papers of Physics Chemistry and Biology from the office of the Dean.

The duration of the exams will be of 6hours (3 hours + 3 hours)
