1. Evaluation criteria: Functionality – Prospective bidders should meet minimum, as indicated in the bid document on each project, in order to qualify for further evaluation. PRASA is not obliged to accept the lowest or any proposal.

Preference - 90/10 Point system – Where Price = 90 and BBBEE

Contribution Level = 10 OR (refer to the table above) Preference - 80/20

Point system – Where Price = 80 and BBBEE Contribution Level = 20
