Ontario Centre of Excellence for Child and Youth Mental Health work with agencies to strengthen mental health services and build an accessible system of care for children, youth and their families and caregivers.

Three strategic directions guide us in doing this work.

1. Strengthening skills and knowledge at the service area level
Its team of knowledge brokers and content experts offer consultation, facilitation and training support to lead agencies in our key areas of expertise: evaluation/performance measurement, implementation, youth engagement, family engagement and youth suicide prevention.

2. Providing consistent evidence-informed approaches to service planning and delivery at the system level
Its collaborative work with leaders and decision-makers helps to inform policy, facilitate conversations and mobilize new and existing ideas for system improvement.

3. Inspiring excellence through continuous learning, evolution and innovation
Its drive to push the boundaries of what is possible means exploring new and innovative ways of sharing our knowledge and expertise across Ontario and beyond.
