4. Decalcification of calcified tissue before sectioning

5. Processing of tissues for routine paraffin sections and other methods of embedding

6. Staining principles, preparation of reagents and techniques

7. The use of Microscope, screening techniques



B- Laboratory Organization:

1. Reception of specimen, dispatch of reports, Records keeping coding the lesions of cases.

2. Follow up program, quality control of technique etc.,
