Management Development Institute is one of the top B-Schools of the country. This institute do not offer Part Time MBA program but the equivalent program offered by this Institute is Post Graduate Programme in Management (Part-Time) The programme is aimed at imparting the competencies in the following areas: -Sensitizing towards the business environment -Strategic thinking -Conceptual knowledge of the subject -General management competencies -Decision making and problem solving abilities of managers -Global perspective to various managerial problems -Personal and professional development -Sensitize them towards group/team learning -Entrepreneurial and leadership capabilities -Innovation and change management Duration: Three-year Eligibility An applicant should have: A minimum of 3-year Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent in any discipline recognized by the Association of Indian Universities/AICTE, • A minimum of 50% marks in 10th, 12th, and Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent CGPA, and • A minimum of 3 years of post qualification executive work experience (excluding stipendiary / training period) as on 31March 2016 for April 2016 Batch and 30th September, 2016 for October 2016 Batch. Selection Process The selection would be based on a written test conducted in MDI Campus, Gurgaon. Successful candidates will be called for Interview to MDI Campus, Gurgaon. The Post Graduate Programme in Management (Part-time) is currently offered twice a year (viz. April and October).
