MCA from IGNOU after BCA from Distance Education

Please tell me is it good to do MCA from IGNOU after completing BCA through Distance Education ?

After BCA you can get master degree as MCA it’s a good decision in my opinion if you want to do master’s in computer application field its good.
Other than it you can do courses like :
CCNA
MCSE
SAP
Oracle

Or if you want to go in Business studies then you can do MBA also.Its all upon your choice and interest.

Master of Computer Applications (MCA) at IGNOU:

Eligibility:

1.Bachelor’s degree of minimum 3year from a recognized University .

2.candidate should have Mathematics as one of the subject at 10+2 level or graduation level else the student is required to pursue and pass the BCS-012 course concurrently with IGNOU MCA.

Course Fees
Rs. 9,000 per semester.

For non-maths students,
Additional fee of Rs. 1,200 has to be paid for BCS-012 course.

Yes, you can do MCA from IGNOU after doing BCA from Distance Education
As the eligibility for MCA in IGNOU is:

1. Bachelor of Computer Science / Applications / Information Science / Information Technology from a recognised / deemed university
Non-computer Science B.Tech/M.Sc./other graduates (such applicants are required to pursue CIC concurrently with MCA 1st semester)
OR

2. Non-Computer Science B.Tech/M.Sc/other graduates (such applicants are required to pursue CIC concurrently with MCA 1st semester)
Or

3. Graduate with PGDCA from a recognised / deemed university or its equivalent course of not less than one year from a State Board of Technical Education or its equivalent body established by the Central/State Government
