Yes you are definitely eligible for mbbs examination.
As you have the basic eligibility that is physics, chemistry and biology at+2 level, and age should be from 17-25, then you are eligible for MBBS programme.

After completing Graduation in Engineering why you want to do MBBS or go in other field, I suggest you to go with PG courses in Engineering, I am not forcing you to do something, it depends on you.

M.B.B.S. stands for Bachelor of Medicine and Bachelor of Surgery is an Undergraduate Academic Degree Course.
All over the duration of M.B.B.S. is 5 ½ years.

Eligibility:
The candidate should have scored more than 50% marks in physics, chemistry and biology aggregate in their 10+2 grade.

The student should be at least 17 years old on or before 31st December of the year of admission.
Upper age limit, where specified, is 25 years.
