The Master of Business Administration (MBA) in UNT to University of North Texas in Dallas with a concentration in Strategic Management program is designed for a diverse learning classroom environment with an innovative series of small classes taught by dedicated, qualified faculty. The diverse student body includes background such as business, government, education, and law enforcement. Admission Procedures 1. Submit the following to the UNT Dallas Office of Graduate Admissions: A. Graduate School Application for Admission B. Complete official transcripts from all colleges and universities attended 2. One need to submit the following additional admissions materials to the School of Business – MBA program. Students seeking on-time registration need to submit a completed application packet by July 15 (Fall admission), November 15 (Spring admission), or May 1 (Summer admission). A. Essay – please share with the admissions committee any unique events, life experiences, and qualifications that you feel distinguish your candidacy and will add value to the class B. Resume (work/academic experience) 3. The School of Business determines admission and assesses background courses* that may be required. Course Requirements Background Courses (12 hours) ACCT 5020D (3 hrs) Accumulation and Analysis of Acct. Data BLAW 5050D (1.5 hrs.) Legal, Reg. and Ethical Env. Of Business DSCI 5010D (1.5 hrs.) Statistical Analysis ECON 5000D (3 hrs.) Economic Concepts FINA 5040D (1.5 hrs.) Intro. to Finance and Financial Mathematics MGMT 5070D (1.5 hrs.)
