As per me Qatar University does not offered part time MBA , it offered full time MBA only :

Admission Requirements
Complete a Bachelor’s Degree or a higher degree
A minimum of two-year work experience is required
A satisfactory performance in a personal interview with the program coordinator/faculty member.
Writing a short essay during the personal interview.
