The National Institute of Construction Management and Research (acronym NICMAR) is a non profit management institute and research centre in the field of construction engineering and management.

The Institute has been recognized by the Department of Scientific and Industrial Research, Ministry of Science and Technology, Government of India

The Institute offers the following Post Graduate Programmes.

Full Time Post Graduate Programme in Advanced Construction Management(PGP ACM)

Offered from Pune, Hyderabad (Shamirpet), Goa (Farmagudi) and Delhi NCR (Bahadurgarh) Campuses

Eligibility Criteria:- Bachelor's degree in Engineering in any discipline/Architecture/Planning with minimum 50% aggregate marks.

Full Time Post Graduate Programme in Project Engineering and Management(PGP PEM)

Offered from Pune and Hyderabad (Shamirpet) Campuses

Eligibility Criteria:- Bachelor's degree in Engineering in any discipline with minimum 50% aggregate marks.

Full Time Post Graduate Programme in Real Estate and Urban Infrastructure Management(PGP REUIM)

Eligibility Criteria:- Bachelor's degree in Engineering in any discipline/Architecture/Planning with minimum 50% aggregate marks.

Full Time Post Graduate Programme in Infrastructure Finance, Development and Management(PGP IFDM)

One Year Post Graduate Programme in Management of Family Owned Construction Business(PGP MFOCB)

Eligibility Criteria:- Graduates in any discipline with minimum 50% aggregate marks and belonging to a family having construction business. Candidates are required to provide necessary documents and undertaking in the prescribed format regarding ownership of construction business.

One Year Post Graduate Programme in Contemporary Smart City Development and Management (PGP CSCDM)

Offered from Pune Campus

Eligibility Criteria:- Graduates in any discipline with minimum 50% aggregate marks. Work experience will be an added advantage.

One Year Post Graduate Programme in Quantity Surveying and Contract Management(PGP QSCM)

Offered from Hyderabad (Shamirpet) Campus

Eligibility Criteria:- Bachelor's degree in Engineering in any discipline with minimum 50% aggregate marks.

One Year Post Graduate Programme in Health, Safety and Environment Management (PGP HSEM)

Offered from Hyderabad (Shamirpet) Campus

Eligibility Criteria:- Bachelor's degree in Engineering in any discipline OR Diploma in Engineering in any discipline with minimum four years of experience. Minimum 50% aggregate marks are required in all criteria.
