MBA MBA Stands for Master of Business administration. MBA is Most Recognized Post Graduation Degree Course. MBA Course Duration is 2 years and it is Related to Management Field. Entrance Examinations:- CAT - common admission test MAT - management aptitude test XAT - XLRI admission test SNAP - symbiosis national aptitude test IIFT TEST - Indian institute of foreign trade Test MCA MCA stands for Master of Computer Applications. MCA is Also a Post Graduation degree Course. Duration of MCA Degree is 3 years and it is Divided into Six Semesters. MBA is the master’s degree in business administration where MCA is the master's degree in Computer Application. The Management Candidates would be having following skills, 1.Leadership Skills 2.Managerial Skills 3.Logical Thinking Skills 4.Good Listening Skills 5.Problem Solving Skills 6.Excellent Communication Skills Which helps them to manage the business end of any firm. While MCA graduates would develop technical skill in various aspects and can also get specialization in any one programming languages or networking as well. Both programs have their own advantages and both are equally lucrative career options. It all depends on the individuals own skill set, if he is more inclined towards the business end the MBA is a good option and if his technical skills are more efficient he can opt for MCA. Both these programs are equally matched in terms of remuneration also. So it ones own choice to do MCA or MBA. |
