I think both the courses are good and also you are eligible for both the courses so I think then selection of course is depends on your interest

MBA-

M.B.A. stands for Master of Business Administration. It is a Postgraduate Degree Course of 2 years.

Eligibility for M.B.A.-

Graduation from any recognised University.

Admission to any of the IIM (Indian Institutes of Management) schools requires passing Common Admission Test (CAT) and the other business schools requires passing either CAT, XAT, GMAT, JMET or MATscores.

MCA-

M.C.A. or Master of Computer Applications is a postgraduate Information Technology course of duration 3 years.

M.C.A. Eligibility-

Graduation degree or appearing for the final year degree examination in any discipline (Science, Commerce, Arts, Engineering or any approved University) is eligible to apply.
Candidates must have mathematics as a subject in their 10+2 course or any one year of graduation. B.C.A. qualified candidates can also pursue M.C.A.
