Hi I am interested in knowing about Master Builders Association of the ACT (MBA) and the Land Development Agency (LDA) has jointly offered to provide Charity House Project for 2016?

The Master Builders Association of the ACT (MBA) and the Land Development Agency (LDA) have cooperated with Renaissance Homes to convey another Charity House Project for 2016.

In one of, if not the biggest gifts to group associations in Canberra history, over $2.06m was raised from the offer of the two Deakin properties, and the returns will be given to neighborhood Canberra philanthropies.

On fifth November, Peter Blackshaw Manuka sold 63 and 65 Buxton St Deakin with the consolidated offer of the homes totalling $3,025,000.00. Around $950,000 was spent to construct and market the venture leaving of $2,060,000.00 to be circulated to nearby foundations supporting individuals with a handicap.

The Deakin Charity House venture is a joint venture where the LDA is contributing two bordering separate title in-fill bundles of land in Deakin and MBA individuals, drove by Renaissance Homes, have given (or giving with ease) development materials and work. The 2015-16 Project has conveyed two home and land bundles to advertise available to be purchased on Saturday, 5 November 2016.

On 16 December 2016 the net continues from the closeout were dispersed to neighborhood foundations supporting individuals with a handicap. The three unique associations chose to profit by the returns of the Charity Houses are:

Boundless Children’s Playground - $1,133,000.00
Hands Across Canberra - $412,000.00
Hartley Lifecare - $309,000.00
