MBA HR Vs MPM

I have completed my under graduate degree and want to pursue my higher education but confused which one to join MBA HR or MPM. Will you tell me what the difference between MBA and MPM and tell me lists of subjects available in both the courses?

Re: MBA HR Vs MPM

MPM: Masters in Personal Management
MBA: Masters in Business Administration

Both are Masters Degrees and equivalent to each other.

MPM is related to HR Field only and MBA offers in many specialized areas.

MBA is master in business administration in whole u learn economics, marketing, hr everything and MPM is master in personnel management only concentrating in hr so there's big difference always go for MBA first, second option can be MPM.

PMP is focus only on Project Management. Project could be in any industries not only software or Information Technology.

It talks about 5 basic process groups

Initiating
Planning
Executing
Monitoring and Controlling
Closing

And 9 knowledge areas

Project Integration Management
Project Scope Management
Project Time Management
Project Cost Management
Project Quality Management
Project Human Resource Management
Project Communications Management
Project Risk Management
Project Procurement Management

Whereas MBA focus on different industrial streams eg:

Information Technology
Human Resource Management
Financial Management
Banking
Quality Management
Project Management
Production / Operations Management
Marketing Management
