EU Business School has a global set of connections with main campuses in Geneva, Montreux, Barcelona and Munich. Transfers among campuses are easily attainable and students are encouraged to make the most of such opportunities. Applicants can take part in intercampus exchanges within EU and with partner institutions in the U.S.A., China, Thailand, Malaysia, Taiwan, Mexico, Kazakhstan, Canada and Russia among others.

MBA in Human Resources Management

The Human Resources Management major focuses on increasing the strategic importance of the role that people play in a company’s performance. It outlines methods of effective talent scouting and management as well as the trends and techniques necessary to build and a top-notch team of professionals.

Duration: Three Terms

Starting Date: October, January, March

Locations: Barcelona, Munich, Geneva, Montreux

Teaching Language:

Campus Exchange Programs: One can get transfer to any of the four main campuses after any completed term. The College also have switch over programs with a long list of other universities around the world.

Double Degrees: When studying a graduate degree at EU Business School one can also get hold of a second master’s degree from Nichols College in Massachusetts and The College of Charleston in South Carolina respectively.

Career Counseling: EU has sections in each campus to help students find jobs in their field of study.

Admission Requirements: Applicant must have a bachelor’s degree from an accredited college or university. Applicant must also have an intermediate English level.

Admission period: On-going throughout the year



Arrange to have a bachelor’s degree and transcript showing degree completion from an accredited college or university sent to the EU Admissions Department.


English fluency test results.

TOEFL test with minimum score 213 (computer-based), 80 (internet-based);

IELTS test with minimum 6.0;

Cambridge Certificate in Advanced English with minimum C;

Pearson Test of English Academic with minimum 54;

a passing score on the EU English exam or be an English native.


Submit two letters of recommendation from scholastic advisors familiar with your academic performance and probable for leadership. Any letter not written in English must be accompanied by a certified English translation.


Write an essay or record one to two minute video essay, which will help the EU Admissions Committee become acquainted with you, understand your motivation to attend EU, and determine how well you can express yourself.

In addition, applicants must satisfy any two of the following criteria:

A minimum grade point average (GPA) of 3.0 on a scale of 4.0 (B average)
A satisfactory score on the GMAT or GRE
2 years or more of effective managerial or professional work experience which may include military duty
A Skype interview with the Dean
