Single suite with private bathroom – unit a
Furnishings: Double bed, night table, bedside lamp, dresser, desk, desk lamp, desk chair, two bar-style dining chairs, microwave, small refrigerator, window coverings.

Couples suite with private bathroom- unit b
Furnishings: Double bed, two night tables, two bedside lamps, dresser, desk lamp, desk chair, dining table, sofa, end table, coffee table, microwave, small refrigerator, window coverings.

Residential Fee
Security Deposit:
50% of one (1) Month’s Rent
The Security Deposit is a one-time charge at the beginning of the lease term which is held by Village Gate Homes until the end of your lease term.

The Security Deposit less any damages or outstanding fees is refunded to you at the end of your lease term.

Monthly Cost:
Single Unit – $975.00/Month
Double Unit – $1,250.00/Month

Other Fees:
Late Fees and NSF Cheques: $25.00 per occurrence
Lost Keys: $25.00 per occurrence and per key
Lost Key Fob: $100.00 per occurrence and per fob
Lockout charge: $50.00 plus tax per occurrence
Transfer of unit: $200.00

Payment Schedule:
Payments are made quarterly to Village Gate Homes, payable every 3 months, kindly note that they only accept Credit Card Payments for the first payment installment.

All payments made thereafter are to be made by cheque, money order or bank draft drawn on a Canadian financial institution.
