Kahn Construction Co At present there Are Job opening for Marketing Assistant the details of the Recruitment is given below Marketing Assistant PRIMARY FUNCTION: Provides divisional support for marketing and administrative operations by compiling, formatting and reporting information and materials. ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: Coordinate formal responses to requests for proposals and requests for qualifications. The coordination of content involves sourcing information from internal staff, sourcing information and imagery from assorted internal databases or files, modifying/editing existing information as needed and writing new content based on project team guidance. Collaborate with a wide variety of professionals including marketing team members and industry, service line and functional subject matter experts to ensure proposals, presentations, and qualifications packages are coordinated, consistent, completed on-time, and are relevant to their individual industries and market. Maintain brand and consistency by applying templates to produce marketing materials including proposals, presentations, qualification packages and other marketing materials. Review marketing material specifications and acts as point of contact and liaison with corporate marketing. Edit/proofread miscellaneous technical letters, reports, and other materials. Provide administrative and clerical support for up to three project management teams. Prepare and track contract documents and insurance, transmitting and documenting project submittals, verifying subcontractor insurance coverages and compiling closeout documents. Update and maintain various information databases. General office duties include telephones, mail scanning, filing and other duties as assigned. QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE: Bachelors Degree in Marketing, Communication or related field and 3+ years Marketing experience. Experience in the A/E/C industry is preferred. Strong Microsoft Office 2013 skills including Word, Excel, Outlook, and especially PowerPoint are a must. Knowledge of Adobe InDesign is a must. Create and maintain Job Cost reports. Knowledge of AIA software and certificates of insurance a plus. Ability to work independently, self-starter. Enjoy working in a team environment. Strong organizational, quantitative and problem solving skills. Ability to prioritize responsibilities and duties. Ability to assume responsibility and communicate with others. Ability to multi-task and work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining focus and attention to detail. Excellent interpersonal communication skills, both written and verbal.
