• Then click on the “Online Registration by Candidates for SEP 2014 MAT” option.
• Then click on the “Option 1: Click here to apply Online [by uploading image of your Photograph & Signature in Online Application Form]” option.
• This is the page from where you can get the online application form by putting your Name of Candidate, Date of Birth, Email-ID, Re-enter Email-ID then click on the submit option.
