Kakatiya University is a public university located in Warangal, Telangana. It was established in 1976. The university is approved by UGC.

Master Of Education M.Ed admission-

Eligibility-

B.A./B.Com/ B.Sc and B.Ed with 55% (Fifty Five) percent of Marks

In-Service teachers with Two years of regular service as on 30th April 2014 after completion of B.Ed programme, in Govt. /Aided /MPP /ZPP /Govt recognized schools in Andhra Pradesh

There shall be relaxation of five percent marks in for SC/ST/OBC and other categories of candidates

The reservation of SC/ST/OBC and other categories shall be as per the rules of the Central Govt. /State Govt., whichever is applicable

The Candidate has to qualify the entrance test conducted by Kakatiya University

Admissions are based on the merit in the entrance test

Entrance Test –

The entrance test is for 100 marks of 2 hours duration

The test paper contains 100 (one hundred) multiple choice objective type questions from the existing syllabus

Paper I: Foundation of Education, Paper II: Psychological Foundations of Education, Paper III: Educational Technology & Computer Education, Paper IV: School Management & Systems of Education, Paper V: Personality Development & Communication English)

Application fee-

Candidates have to submit Registration fee of Rs.500/- through a challan (SBH, SDLCE Branch) or a Demand Draft drawn from SBI/SBH/Andhra Bank in favour of “The Director, SDLCE, Kakatiya University, Warangal” payable at SBH, KU Branch, Hanamkonda

Fee Structure:

i) Tuition Fee - Rs. 35,000/- (should be paid at the time of admission)

ii) Exam Fee - Rs. 950/-
