Dr. Marlin U. Thomas is a Research Professor of Industrial & Operations Engineering. He worked as Dean of the Graduate School of Engineering and Management from 2006 to 2013. The Air Force Institute of Technology (AFIT) is a graduate school. It is part of the United States Air Force. It is situated in Ohio at Wright-Patterson Air Force Base, near Dayton.
