Bharat Earth Movers Limited (BEML) is an Indian Public Sector Undertaking, with headquarters in Bengaluru.

A consortium of three central public sector undertakings, Bharat Earth Movers Limited (BEML) under Defence ministry, Coal India Limited (CIL) under coal ministry and Damodar Valley Corporation (DVC) under Petrolium ministry had bought the erstwhile MAMC of Durgapur by submitting Rs 100 crore at Calcutta high court after liquidation on June 11, 2010. The share-holding pattern is BEML 48%, CIL and DVC 26% each.
